Terms of return and exchange

Article 9 of the current Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" provides for the right of the consumer to exchange a non-food product of good quality for a similar one, if the purchased product did not fit in shape, dimensions, style, color, size, or for other reasons cannot be used for its intended purpose, if this product has not been used and if its presentation is preserved, consumer properties, seals, labels and a settlement document issued by the seller along with the goods.

The seller does not have the right to refuse to exchange (return) a product that is not included in the list if it meets all the requirements provided for in Art. 9 of the Law (the trade dress, labels, seals are preserved, it is a settlement document, etc.).

Exceptions

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved a list of goods of good quality that are not subject to exchange or return (Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of March 19, 1994 No. 172).

Procedure for exchanging goods

Contact our manager (097) 379 80 62 to clarify all the details of the replacement. Send the replacement product to the address and name that were previously discussed with the manager. Sending the parcel must be carried out at your expense and without specifying the return shipping. An exception is the case if you received a poor-quality product or delivered something other than what was ordered. Then the cost of re-delivery is at the expense of the online store. A replacement will be sent to you within two working days after receiving your package.
